Cynthia Malhinha
Founder, Lead Strategist
Cynthia has been leading the strategy, design and development of systems and services for 20+ years. Her journey has taken her from engineer, to designer and researcher, to manager and leader, earning an MSIS and MBA along the way.
Cynthia has conducted generative and evaluative customer research to shape strategies and craft solutions, managing both projects and teams through execution. She’s taught and coached rigorous customer-driven innovation methods. Drawing heavily on management, design-thinking and Lean principles, she now helps teams build learning cultures, iterating through discovery and design.
